WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE CLICKS YOUR AFFILIATE LINKS?

  • They will see our landing page that will explain the importance of trademarking and the benefits of using Trademark Factory®.
  • Those who are serious about protecting their brands will fill out the form to request a free call with one of our strategy advisors.
  • Someone will reach out to them to discuss their needs and how we could help them protect their brand.
  • If there is a good fit, they will order our services (we will send you a notification that a visitor from your affiliate link has purchased our services.)
  • Our legal team will do a comprehensive search to determine if their trademark is registrable.
  • Based on the results of the search, they will have 30 days to request a refund.
  • Assuming no refund was requested, you become eligible for a 10% payout. We send out payments on the 7th day of every month.
